The first part of the seminar includes a walk in the countryside to pick some herbs and learn about their medicinal properties and the various stages they go through from their collection until the final product. The second part of the seminar includes the distillation and extraction of the plants collected in order to create your own 100% natural creams, soaps or shampoos!
